Meet Colton McKay

Colton was born and raised in Huntsville, Utah as the second of nine children. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he received his undergraduate degree in Communications and played on the school’s national championship lacrosse team. Colton then attended and graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and has since been busy helping clients with a variety of legal needs in the Weber County area. After graduation, he joined his father’s law firm in Ogden and focused on criminal law, civil litigation, family law, water rights, and collections. During this time, he also received the Weber County Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year award. He is currently the Weber County Bar Association President for 2021.

In Colton’s free time, you will find him actively participating in community issues, fishing, riding horses, or spending time with his family.
